Welcome to Evan’s website! For many years, very few people knew my story, as it was extremely difficult to talk about, or share with anyone. On November 8, 1996 I had a baby boy. Evan was born very prematurely, at 24 weeks. He fought a tough battle for 4 months, but he lost the battle on March 6, 1997. As you can imagine, I was devastated. Writing helped me get through my grief. After his death, I wrote a children’s book to keep his memory alive. My hope was always to bring it to life and have it published. But life happened and it was pushed aside. It resurfaced every few years, but I was never able to accomplish my goal. I vowed I would accomplish my goal in 2022. I was finally able to keep his memory alive through the art of writing. These books are special. Very special. Evan will forever live on as an angel watching over me, and over all of you.

I have learned over the years that talking about it can help others going through the same experience. And putting a positive spin on a terrible situation is what keeps us going. This little angel has definitely kept me going.
